The bed was very comfortable making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.

The room layout was especially bad with a weird shape making the space feel smaller.

After a wonderful night’s stay, the vibrant room with a stunning city view and the comfy bed truly stole the show. The rooftop lounge was fantastic for unwinding, and the cozy lobby made for a great place to relax. I did notice the AC struggled a bit during the night, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the proximity to popular attractions and the welcoming atmosphere for our family, including our son's autism support dog. We took advantage of the local parks, which provided a lovely space for relaxation and playtime.

My children wanted more activities for families, especially in the common areas.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the Seaport Area and subway access. Excellent dining options nearby, from casual to gourmet food. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the room felt a bit cramped with a narrow view from the small window, impacting the overall experience.

Request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience and better city views.

Solo traveler finds a gem

The room was clean and had a comfy bed,, loved the huge Smart TV with cable for binge-watching. Also,, I got a nice view from the window that just made my morning coffee so much better.

It wasn't exactly a steal,, but for what I got, it’s still acceptable.

Small room, friendly reception, very close to the subway which made it easy to explore the city using public transport and the helpful staff promptly provided extra towels upon request.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the World Trade Center and the South Street Seaport, both within walking distance. The health club was a nice bonus. The location made it super easy to get around, with subway access just minutes away. Definitely check it out if you want convenience and comfort!

One downside was that the hot water was inconsistent during our stay. Some mornings, it just didn’t work when we needed it. It was a bit disappointing, especially when trying to get ready for a day of sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard New York Downtown Manhattan/Financial District. The room was spacious and offered stunning city views. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The location is perfect for exploring all that downtown has to offer, with attractions just a short walk away.

Parking was a bit tricky.

Room cleanliness needed serious attention. hair on the floor and marks on furniture were glaringly unpleasant. I also encountered broken phones that complicated communication with the front desk, creating more frustration than necessary. After all the hassles, the lack of prompt maintenance response regarding those issues really dented the stay's overall enjoyment.
